Area4 – 3rd headliner: Deichkind

The 3rd headliner of the Area4 festival will be german band Deichkind. In my humble opinion this band really sucks and I think they´re definitely not a worthy headliner (Area4 is not the Nature One festival!!! Area4 is a rock/metal festival!!!).

Check out the reactions at the official Area4 facebook site! I´m not alone with my opinion!!!

Rival Schools and Mini Mansions are also new on the lineup!

New bands and 2nd stage for Area4 2011

And here are 15 (!!!) new bands: The Kooks, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Face to Face, Panteón Rococó, Hot Water Music, Ignite, Thees Uhlmann & Band, Blood Red Shoes, Underoath, The Bronx, Veara, Karnivool, Friska Viljor, The Metzingers and Airship.

For the first time there will be a 2nd stage at the Area4. So ther will be many more bands this year… 🙂
